As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim youll enjoy:

• Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour based on experience and licensing

As a Caregiver / CNA you will support clients by:

• Assist with bathing dressing grooming light housekeeping meal preparation shopping and companionship
• Support mobility and safety including ambulation assistance transfers and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide medication reminders observe and document health conditions and promptly report any concerns
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoylike reading puzzles and hobbies tailored to their interests

As a Caregiver / CNA youll need:

• Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
