Sale Associate Responsibilities:

• Provide an upscale welcoming friendly experience for every customer by using engaging language like Welcome to Mega Saver and Absolutely
• Actively promote Mega Savers Loyalty Card and App to every customer.
• Inform customers about our deals
• Engage and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities by upselling and cross selling.
• Accurately handle multiple forms of payment including cash credit/debit and other accepted tenders
• Comply with all cash handling procedures and company standards to minimize shortages and overages
• Follow all guidelines related to restricted sales (alcohol tobacco lottery) in accordance with state and federal law
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor checkout area outside lot trash and restrooms
• Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person providing clear information about products and store policies.
• Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves conducting stock counts and managing product replenishment.
• Follow all company policies procedures and safety standards
• Performs additional duties as needed and assigned by management

Sale Associate Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable punctual and ready to work scheduled shift
• Maintains a clean appropriate and professional appearance aligned with company standards
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs as needed
• Ability to bend reach and move quickly in a fast paced environment
