About the Role:Reporting to the Production Manager you will lead operations within the Up&Go Department on day shift ensuring effective production team capability and a culture of continuous is a hands-on leadership role that focuses on motivating and developing a high-performing team while driving operational Responsibilities include:Provide proactive and collaborative leadership to the day shift teamFoster connection with team members through strong communicationLead safety initiatives and manage incidents and hazardsDeliver ongoing feedback and performance managementEnsure adherence to line operation processes and standardsComply with food safety and quality standardsAnalyse reports and develop strategies for continuous improvementTroubleshoot operational issues and escalate as requiredManage daily workflows and staffing requirementsIdentify and develop future talent within the teamCoordinate team training and development plansSupport recruitment as neededFacilitate regular team meetingsAbout You The Successful ApplicantYoull bring strong leadership capabilities a commitment to excellence and the ability to foster a constructive culture.
