Role Overview:

As aProject Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring our projects run smoothly on time and on budget. You will be the bridge between stakeholders contractorsconsultantsand internal teams keeping communication clear and ensuring all details are accounted for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating residential construction projects frominceptionto completion.

• Manage project documentation contracts and schedules.

• Issuetrackand communicate construction management documentation including but not limited toRFIs SIs anddrawings.

• Communicate effectively with architects engineers suppliers and contractors.

• Identifyand resolve project issues through critical thinking and collaboration.

• Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Maintain organization and preparedness to adapt to changing project needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum3 years of experienceas a Project Coordinator or Project Manager in six storywood framemultifamilyprojects is preferred.

• Experience working witharchitectural firms builders or developers(large or small) is a strong asset.

• Proficiencyin project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes scheduling and documentation.

• University degree in engineering or architecture is preferred.
