The McKeesport Area School District is seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to serve as a Wrestling Coach for the upcoming athletic season.
Position: Wrestling Coach
Location: McKeesport Area School District
Season: Insert Season Dates
Responsibilities:
- Plan organize and conduct all practices and competitions
- Promote good sportsmanship teamwork and student development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes
- Maintain compliance with district policies and Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) regulations
- Communicate effectively with students families and administration
Qualifications:
- Prior coaching or wrestling experience preferred
- Knowledge of wrestling techniques rules and training methods
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and administration
- All required clearances and certifications in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) requirements
Expectations:
- Attendance at all scheduled practices meets and team events
- Submission of required documentation and schedules to administration
- Commitment to supporting the academic success of student-athletes
