Lennox Industries is a manufacturer and distributor of equipment within the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. We are guided by our core values of Integrity Respect and have an opening for aSr.Digital Product Owner III.
This person will play a crucial role inleadingkeydigital productsacrossB2Bapplicationsinsalesenablementand diagnostic work streams.TheProduct Owner willbe responsible forbeing thevoice of the customer ensuring user needsare consistently represented whilepartneringwith technology teams defining roadmapsand backlogsthatdrivevalue forcustomers and stakeholders.
This highly visible role requiresa customer-centric mindsetcross functional partnershipstrategic thinkingandtechnical fluencytodrive high impact digital solutions.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Effectively communicate the productvaluevisionstrategy and roadmap ensuring mutual understandingacrossteamsand driving forwardwith one focus.
- Partner with UX research and analytics teams tovalidatecustomer problems beforedefining solutions.
- Orchestrate feature developmentandcraft clear and concise userstories.Defineclearacceptance criteriaandactivelyparticipatein User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirementscomprehenduser needs and integrate valuable feedback into the dynamic product process.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog ensuring its alignment with the overall product strategy and key business priorities.
- Collaborate with the development teamand release coordinatorto plan and prioritize releases ensuringtimelydelivery of the most valuable featuresfor stakeholders and customers.
- Own workstreams end-to-endbydriving cross functionalexecution and problem-solving with minimal oversight while ensuring individual deliverables support broader team outcomes.
- Identify and proactively manage risks related to product development and delivery implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.
- Define and meticulously track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of delivered featuresfacilitatingdata-driven decision-making.
- Foster a culture ofcontinuousimprovement byoptimizingthe product development processandmaintainingagrowth mindset to learn new knowledge and skills.

What We Are Looking For
- 5 years ofmanaging enterprise productsprojects orrelevant experience.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (business computer science etc.) or combination of experience and education.
- Experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- ExperienceleveragingAIassistedtools to support product discovery analysis and delivery workflows (e.g. generating backlog artifacts evaluating options or supporting experimentation) is a plus.
- Proven ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneouslyand track work through tools such asAzure DevOps Jira or similar product delivery tools.
- Familiarity with sales enablement solutions or productivityanddiagnostic applications a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Adeptat discussing technical conceptssuch asAPIscachingindexing and logs.
- Experience withthesetechnologies is a plus: SAP Commerce CloudGoogle Analytics.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $104800 - $137550annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
