How will you make an impact-

The Project Manager supports internal engineering organizations bymaintainingaccurateengineering resource capability and capacity plansusing Jabil-standard planning tools. This role partners with Engineering Managers Project Managers and Functional Managers to enable effective demand planning resource allocation andexecutiontransparency across engineering role will be considered for Hybrid work schedule.

What will you do -

• Maintain and updateengineering resource capability and capacity plansin approved planning tools includingProsymmetryTempus Resource

• Partner with engineering and project management stakeholders to align resource plans with active projects and forecasted demand

• Support monthly and quarterly planning cadences byvalidatingdata accuracy andidentifyingresource gaps or constraints

• Track resourceutilizationand planning risks; prepare standard reports and summaries for leadership review

• Apply standard project management practices to manage planning-related tasks milestones and deliverables

• Support continuous improvement of planning processes templates and tool usage

• Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately

• Comply withall Jabil policies related to safety quality and information security

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

How will you get here

Education:

• Bachelors degree is required

Experience:

• 35 years of experience in project management engineering operations PMO or planning rolesis required

• Experience supportingengineering resource or capacity planningis a must

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

• Working knowledge ofresource capacity planning concepts

• Ability to quickly learn Jabil project management systems or planning workflows

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to data quality and accuracy

• Proficient with PC-based tools and enterprise systems

• Ability to travel as needed up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Certificate is preferred

• Experience usingProsymmetryTempus Resourceor similar enterprise resource planning toolsis a plus

• Equivalent education training and experience will be considered
