Job Summary
Job Title: MRI Technologist
Location: Watertown NY 13601
Contract Duration: 1314 Weeks
Shift Type: Flexible / Rotating 12-Hour Shifts
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced MRI Technologist to join a dynamic diagnostic imaging team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans while ensuring patient safety comfort and adherence to clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures in accordance with established imaging protocols
- Ensure patient safety and proper positioning during scans
- Maintain high-quality imaging standards and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff for optimal patient care
- Follow all facility policies safety standards and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of MRI Technologist experience
- Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
- Active ARRT (MR) certification required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Active New York State Radiologic Technologist license required
- Strong knowledge of:
- Human anatomy and physiology
- Medical terminology
- MRI safety protocols and imaging procedures
