About the role:

WearecurrentlylookingtohireanAssociateCreativeDirector(Art)with8to10yearsofexperiencetomanagesocialnetworksforatopclient.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillhaveastrongbackgroundofworkingwithdigitalandsocialagenciesandmustexcelinproducingengagingandcreativesocialmediaanddigitalworkacrossplanningstrategyandmedia.AneditorialbackgroundandcreativeskillssuchasPhotoshopwouldbeanadvantage.

What you will be doing:

  • Takingprojectsacrossmultipleplatforms/channelsfrombrieftocompletionexperiencewithcreativeideationandadaptationprocesswhilstworkingcloselywithintheclientsbrandguidelines.
  • Experiencewithworkingonalcoholorotherrefreshmentbrandsisamust.
  • Producedigitalconceptsdesignandassetstotheclientsbriefandexactingstandardswhilstpositivelyinfluencingclientswiththeircreativeinputinadditiontoundertakingandpitchingnewcreativeconcepts.
  • Producebeautifulandinnovativeworkacrossdigitalplatformsandchannelsbasedonclientsbrief
  • Responsibleforthefullcreativelifecyclefromconcepttoexecution
  • Workcloselywiththeteamtocreatestrongstrategy andconceptsfromtheinitialbriefing
  • LeadinpitchingcreativesolutionsinresponsetoClientsmarketingstrategies
  • Managethepreparationofallfinishedartworkfilesthatwillcomplywiththecorrectoutputspecifications
  • Ensurealldesignworkadherestothelatestdigitalandsocialtrendsandrequirements
  • Work with the Creative Director to lead creatives and secure necessary clearances for studio output

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Strongstrategy conceptualization andartDirectionespeciallyondigitalchannelsforclientbrands
  • Has sufficient knowledge and experience using AI in design and video production
  • Ahighlycreativeintegrateddesignerwiththeabilitytotakeandpositivelyinfluenceclientbriefswithyourowninnovativeideas
  • Confidentinbringingyourownideasandcreativitytoprojectswhilstworkingwithinabroadrangeofdesignguidelinesacrossavarietyofartworkcollateral
  • UnderstandingofdesignprinciplesandanawarenessofUXUIandResponsiveDesigntrends.
  • Effectivelyorganisingandprioritisingworkloadstomanageclientdeliverywhilstsimultaneouslyinfluencingclientswiththeirownideasandconceptualcreativity
  • HighproficiencyinAdobeCCsuiteapplicationsincludingPhotoshopIllustratorSketchAfterEffectsandassociated prototyping tools
  • Abilitytotakeownershipofprojectsfromconceptthroughtocompletion
  • Abilitytotakeinterpretanddeliverdesignprojectswithinagreeddeadlines
  • Excellentprojectmanagementskills
  • Experienceinmanagingdesignsforbrandsacrosssocialmediaperformancemarketingdigitalbrandinge-comm.
  • Passionfor and inquisitive about AI andnew technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
