Summary

Maintains and repairs the facilitys structure equipment and grounds including plumbing electrical and HVAC. Performs skilled trades work such as carpentry or painting in the construction repair or alteration of structures such as walls roofs or office fixtures. Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process. Makes periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work necessary. Works from blueprints drawings or rough sketches.

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS

Required Certifications and Training

Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.

Experience Level with Business Tools

Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
