Capstone Search Partners is expanding and were looking for a senior-level Recruiting Leader who is ready to take full control of their success. This is an internal opportunity for a Recruiting Director who wants true autonomy ownership of their book of business and the ability to fully benefit from the revenue they generate. What Youll Do

Lead full-cycle legal recruiting across legal and professional services
Collaborate with the team to fill jobs and maintain a robust book of business
Build and manage your own client and candidate relationships
Drive business development and grow your individual desk
Execute strategic searches within legal and professional services markets
Maintain a high standard of discretion and confidentiality in all searches
Collaborate with a high-performing entrepreneurial recruiting team

Ideal Profile

Experienced Legal Recruiter (agency or in-house with strong placement exposure)
Proven track record of successful placements and business development
Self-driven entrepreneurial mindset
Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
