Capstone Search Partners is expanding and were looking for a senior-level Recruiting Leader who is ready to take full control of their success. This is an internal opportunity for a Recruiting Director who wants true autonomy ownership of their book of business and the ability to fully benefit from the revenue they generate. What Youll Do
- Lead full-cycle legal recruiting across legal and professional services
- Collaborate with the team to fill jobs and maintain a robust book of business
- Build and manage your own client and candidate relationships
- Drive business development and grow your individual desk
- Execute strategic searches within legal and professional services markets
- Maintain a high standard of discretion and confidentiality in all searches
- Collaborate with a high-performing entrepreneurial recruiting team
