Who This Job Is For
This role is for dependable individuals who want consistent evening work show up every scheduled day complete highquality cleaning without supervision and take pride in doing the job right the first timeevery time.
If you are not reliable do not have your own insured vehicle or struggle with consistency this role will NOT be a good fit.
NonNegotiable Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following:
- Have your own reliable vehicle
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Maintain active auto insurance
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Be available on your assigned recurring cleaning days with no chronic callouts
- Show up every scheduled workday on time
- Deliver work that does not result in quality callbacks
- Be comfortable working independently after business hours
What Youll Be Responsible For
- Perform detailed commercial cleaning after 5:00 PM
- Follow a defined scope of work for each facility
- Clean offices restrooms breakrooms floors and common areas
- Use companyprovided ecofriendly products and supplies
- Manage your time efficientlyyour shift length depends on job size and performance
- Secure buildings after cleaning
- Report issues supply needs or concerns promptly
Schedule & Pay Structure
- Evening shifts start after 5:00 PM
- Shifts vary based on assigned jobs and how efficiently work is completed
- Consistent weekly schedules (no guessing week to week)
