Job Summary
As a Sr. Program Manager for NA Flex Business Optimization Strategy and Scaling (BOSS) you will own strategy and initiatives around improving the cost and quality of Flex Delivery. To achieve your goals you will work with functions that cut across the organization; including technology operations and marketing. A successful BOSS program manager will work to improve the on-road experience of hundreds of thousands of DPs through data analysis deep diving of barriers and pain points and implementing thoughtful and effective standards. These improvements must also be balanced with the needs of the business and take key operational metrics into consideration. Effective stakeholder management skills are needed in order to effectively balance these competing priorities and deliver effective solutions on behalf of our customers and DPs.
Key job responsibilities
Own the road map for improving Flex business metrics.
Work closely with finance marketing capacity management data science engineering and program management on process improvement and launch initiatives.
Effectively influence stakeholders through collaboration and effective prioritization
Make difficult resource trade-offs and align Director and senior-level leadership on inputs outputs and priorities.
Own key performance indicators and work closely with the business to understand day to day opportunities and pain points in order to implement short term and long term solves.
Monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate level of quality and in line with its target date.
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing implementing and scaling upskilling apprenticeship or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
