Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule
- Night Shift 3x12 Hours (36 hours/week)
- 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Rotating nights every other weekend and rotating holidays
- May float to Med/Surg Tele units based on patient census and operational needs

Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-performing critical care this role you will provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing processassessment planning implementation and evaluationwhile managing critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the ICU setting using the nursing process
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Maintain accurate timely and complete patient documentation
- Conduct ongoing patient assessments (physical psychological and social)
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Perform charge nurse responsibilities as needed
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively
- Support staff orientation and provide clinical guidance when needed
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise and support ancillary staff as required
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Massachusetts
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- Prior ICU or critical care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification
- TCAR (Trauma Care After Resuscitation) certification
- De-escalation certification
- Experience with:
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Ventilator management
- Intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring
Additional Requirements
- CCHC Pharmacology Exam (required)
- CCHC Basic Arrhythmia Exam (required)
