Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-performing critical care this role you will provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing processassessment planning implementation and evaluationwhile managing critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care in the ICU setting using the nursing process
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Maintain accurate timely and complete patient documentation
Conduct ongoing patient assessments (physical psychological and social)
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Perform charge nurse responsibilities as needed
Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively
Support staff orientation and provide clinical guidance when needed
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Supervise and support ancillary staff as required
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Massachusetts
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
Prior ICU or critical care experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Effective communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification
TCAR (Trauma Care After Resuscitation) certification
