As a Security Officer Credential Control in Florence NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location where you will monitor entry points verify credentials conduct routine patrols and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and this role you will help to deter incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors drivers and staff by carrying out site-specific access control procedures verifying credentials and following post orders at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points process authorized arrivals and departures and document visitor vendor and delivery activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report unusual activity or access concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns access issues and/or policy violations.
• Support truck gate and facility access operations by checking identification confirming permissions and helping to control the flow of people vehicles and/or deliveries on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
