In our machine operator role you will work alongside die assembly and inspection teams to produce high-quality components while gaining skills in operating presses inspecting parts and supporting production. Stay active organizing and handling materials tracking job time and learning how to problem solve. What Youll Do:
  • Set up and operate all related dies presses machines and auxiliary equipment to produce quality products.
  • Record how much time is spent on each job.
  • Organize package and inspect parts.
  • Operate various types of cranes and die buggies.
  • Inspect critical dimensions on stamped parts during production.
  • Inspect parts for visual defects.

What Were Looking For:
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S citizen and be able to comply with U.S. export regulations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

Experience & Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 Years of previous manufacturing experience required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand stoop kneel bend for extended periods (810 hours/day).
  • Lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and with control.
  • Frequent reaching kneeling stooping and manual dexterity tasks.
  • Ability to wear PPE and work around industrial equipment.

Work Environment:
  • On-site manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to moving machinery and moderate noise levels.
  • Frequent movement between departments
