- An earned Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited college/university
- Minimum 2 years of full-time employment in nursing within the past 5 years
- Evidence of clinical competence in area(s) of Medical Surgical Nursing
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license in good standing
- BLS Health Provider Level certification from AHA
- Successful experience interacting with culturally diverse populations
- Ability to work and collaborate in a team-teaching environment
- Candidate may be required to clear a 10-panel urine drug screen per clinical placement policy as a condition of employment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly experienced and skilled in undergraduate nursing curriculum and course development.
- Experience in simulation development implementation and evaluation would be a plus.
- Knowledge of ACEN accreditation standards and criteria; MA BORN Regulations for nursing programs.
- Face to Face online hybrid and or videoconferencing teaching experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Additional Information:
SALARY: Anticipated starting salary range is $77865.00 - $87076.00 (Rank of Assistant Professor with a masters degree) per academic year with complete fringe benefit package. Complete fringe benefit package including competitive health insurance free dental insurance basic life insurance long-term disability insurance paid sick vacation and personal leave educational benefits for employee/spouse/dependents and excellent retirement benefits. Actual salary calculated in compliance with MCCC/MTA salary schedule commensurate with education and experience. Official transcripts will be required at the time of hire.
