Job Responsibilities
Specialized position responsible for providing user and records administration support for Cold Chain Managed Services customers. This includes but is not limited to performing user management functions conducting systems onboarding as it relates to a per-platform functionality basis database and information management.
Specific examples of these functions include:
Manage existing customer databases device registration features and user profiles in the Connect Digital Cold Chain Oversight and other future Cold Chain platforms.
Onboard or decommission customers and customer sites from all managed platforms using existing processes.
Relay with the Hardware Technical Support and senior Systems Administrators any problems relating to hardware interfacing of cold chain supported devices with existing cloud-based platforms.
Process and validate various cold chain platform communication test reports.
Troubleshoot and respond to customer requests pertaining to user management and site communication to the monitoring center and verify the alarm monitoring service connectivity of existing customer sites.
Maintain existing process documentation and improve current and future processes related to user and system administration.
Assist Senior Systems Administration Engineers in the formulation of processes and workflows that enable the efficient handling of all system administration functions relevant to the platforms currently being supported.
Perform and demonstrate any recurring process called for in the administration of sysadmin functions as may be required on a per-project basis.
Suggest efficiencies and waste reduction measures in any existing sysadmin process.
Perform the following specific tasks: Contact update Communication Test Report (CTR) Add Site Commissioning / Two way communication Inquiries & Assistance Create User / Group User Association in connect Site Activation Site Conversion Site Deactivation Oversight Account Creation Oversight Site Creation Oversight Others V2 Logger Account Creation V2 Logger Others.
Basic Quality Assurance tasks to support the System Administration function
Customer complaint handling particularly acknowledging customer complaint validating details initiating stop gaps
Participate in any cross-training programs for the Cold Chain Technical Services umbrella either as training participants or as training facilitators.
Job Requirements:
With at least 3 years of relevant experience
Having Information Technology or Engineering background is an advantage
Will have a rotating schedule
Willing to work on weekends and during holidays (depends on the shift assigned)
Will follow PH holidays
