Quality Reviewer II
Job Summary
LabCorp is seeking a Quality Reviewer I to join our team at the Bangalore Site in Bangalore Karnataka.
Work Schedule
40hrs a week (Monday to Friday) in a rotational shift.
Job Responsibilities
Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
Perform quality check (QC) of tasks for the identified team and provide timely feedback to the concerned associate with copy to their manager.
Assist QC lead in preparing QC trend analysis report.
Assist QC lead in updating and maintaining the the escalation tracker.
Identify process steps/ gaps that lead to quality errors and suggest steps to improve quality compliance.
Support the team in preparing a CAPA for QC observations.
Ensure consistency in compliance to our standard procedures to members of the team
*Monitor and ensure resolution of all customer complaints issues and concerns. Support a culture of continuous improvement and quality.
Act as a contributing core team member by participating in process improvement initiatives and liaising with team members
*Responsible for pursuing an understanding of services related to the different clusters and client-specific requests.
Manage and solve changes issues and concerns of varied complexity work with little to no guidance but require some guidance for complex work.
Participate in team tasks related to executing operational activities
Demonstrate ability to mentor give technical advice work collaboratively on a team and assist with training.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in life science
Preferred Qualifications
3 years experience in a quality review environment medical technology or medical
science experience or 3 years experience with the clinical trial process or relevant
experience in the pharmaceutical industry
