Job Summary

Woodstock Union High School seeks a dedicated Varsity Girls Basketball Coach to lead a competitive student-centered program emphasizing skill development teamwork and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Lead practices games and team activities
Develop player skills and team strategy
Promote positive culture leadership and accountability
Communicate with athletes families and school staff
Support student-athlete academic success
Coordinate with athletic department and supervise team safety

Qualifications:

Coaching and/or playing experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to inclusive positive team environment
Adherence to Vermont Principals Association (VPA) rules
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Availability for full winter season
