Job Summary
PAY RANGE: $90K-110K TYPE: Hybrid
SEE WHAT WE DO: SUMMARY/ Position Overview
Were hiring a Commercial Operations Project Manager to help scale and optimize how our commercial organization operates. This role is a key connector across sales operations IT and leadership ensuring that systems data and processes are aligned to support growth.
Youll take ownership of CRM data integrity reporting infrastructure and cross-functional initiatives while leading projects that improve efficiency visibility and execution across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own Salesforce data integrity reporting and workflows
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through sustainment
- Develop and manage project plans timelines and deliverables
- Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards trackers and reports
- Drive data cleanup standardization and account structure improvements
- Support system integrations and technology rollouts
- Develop training materials and documentation for new processes
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations or related field
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas pivot tables data analysis)
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
