Job Summary
The Willis Johnson Wealth (WJW) Wealth Management Development Program is a structured two-year rotational experience designed to build the technical foundation and professional confidence needed for a long-term career in wealth management.
During the program youll gain hands-on exposure to every stage of the client journey rotating across:
- Client Onboarding learn how new client relationships are established and supported
- Client Operations serve as mission control for paperwork transfers and custodial processes
- Tax Operations partner with our in-house CPA team during busy season to see tax strategies in action
- Portfolio Management contribute to reporting trading and investment analysis
- Financial Planning support advisors in developing comprehensive client-centered financial plans

- Bachelors degree required (all majors considered; finance economics accounting or business preferred)
- Prior internships or experience in wealth management financial planning banking or insurance is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Comfortable with technology (Excel CRM systems financial platforms)
- Curious motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Salary: $65000 $70000/year plus 1015% discretionary performance bonus (paid bi-annually)
