We are looking for friendly confident and compassionate Young Adults Outreach Volunteers to help support young people aged 1825 who may be experiencing problems with drugs and alcohol. Working alongside our Outreach Workers you will engage with young adults in community and educational settings helping to raise awareness promote harmreduction messages and encourage people to access support.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Youll play a key part in creating a welcoming nonjudgemental environment and helping young people stay safe and informed.
Responsibilities
Volunteers contribute to Change Grow Live in a variety of ways. From Admin Volunteers to Service User Reps from Peer Mentors to Healthcare Support Volunteers from Independent Visitors to Community Mentors each volunteer brings a unique set of skills and talents. We are incredibly grateful for all that volunteers do to support our service users.

Most of our volunteer opportunities dont need any special qualifications. Well make sure you get all the training and support you need. All we ask is that youre kind open-minded and passionate about supporting people.
Everyone is welcome at Change Grow Live. As a volunteer you will be treated with respect and accepted for who you are. You dont need to have personal experience of drug and alcohol recovery to get involved
