Job Overview - What Youll Do in Your First Rotation (Internal Audit)

As a Senior Analyst FLDP Associate reporting into the Senior Director Audit & Internal Controls you will:

  • Participate in endtoend audit engagements planning testing reporting and presenting findings.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency controls and risk management.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand operations challenges and emerging risks.
  • Participate in projects to implement agentic AI and robotic process automation to gain efficiencies in Audit & Internal Controls workstreams
  • Support datadriven audit approaches using modern tools and techniques.
  • Gain a 360degree view of the organization setting a strong foundation for your future rotations.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
  • Demonstrated leadership and/or teamwork experience
  • Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
  • Successfully complete required background checks

Nice-to-have

  • Professional designation (e.g. CPA CIA CFA)
  • Big Four firm experience
  • Experience with SOX COSO 2013 and COBIT frameworks
  • Experience with large-scale ERP and HCM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics F&O Business Central Workday)
  • Experience with agentic AI tools digital assistants or AI-enabled workflow optimization
  • Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) platforms (e.g. Power Automate)
