Houseman, Hotel (Full Time 7pm-330am)

This position typically starts at $16 per hour and works a variable schedule including evenings weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one and fulltime employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.

Performing duties with the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment including carpet/floor care; maintaining the cleanliness of the guest room floors and storage closets as needed; picking up linen and garbage from housekeeping carts throughout the day; removing dirty linen from vacant rooms at a minimum of 10 rooms per Room Attendant per day; performing special projects assigned by supervisors; following safety and security procedures.

• Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag ID and licenses ready to work with a positive readytolearn attitude.

• Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally supporting our Family Style Service culture.

• Works a flexible schedule including nights weekends holidays and overtime as needed.

• Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.

• Ability to read write and understand to communicate via a radio.

• Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests coworkers and management.

• Must pass the required background check.

• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with slip resistant shoes. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential

• Ability to work in a loud fastpaced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints.

• Requires frequent standing walking bending lifting reaching pushing and pulling throughout the shift.

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodation.

• Able to lift and carry upwards of 5-15 pounds.

• Able to bend reach kneel twist and grip items while working at assigned area.

• Must be able to stand for 8 hours at a time.

• Respond to visual and aural cues.
