Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient)
Location: Jefferson City TN
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule:(3640 hours/week)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient clinic. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population primarily focusing on orthopedic and vestibular conditions. Both new graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs
- Manage a daily caseload of approximately 1214 patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to clinic policies procedures and productivity standards
Work Expectations:
- Productivity target of approximately 60 patient visits per week
- Ability to manage a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
