The Quality Assurance Department supports CAMBAs supportive housing portfolio by ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting high-quality service delivery across all housing programs. The departmentis responsible formonitoring program performance conducting auditsidentifyingrisks and supporting continuous quality improvement efforts.

What The Quality Assurance Manager Does:
Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality.
Comply withall Federal State City and CAMBA policies.
Conduct audits of client files including assessments ILPs progress notes and incident reports.
Review documentation to ensure compliance with required timelines and standards.
Identifydocumentation deficiencies and compliance issues.
Track andmonitorcorrective action items and follow-up activities.
Maintain QA tracking logs and audit tools.
Assistin preparing programs for audits and monitoring visits.
Provide feedback to program staff and leadershipregardingaudit findings.
Support QA Manager in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Analyze audit results toidentifytrends across sites and programs.
Utilize databases such as AWARDS HMIS or other systems to review and verify data.
Participate in meetings as requested.
Tasks may bemodifiedexpandedand/or assigned over time.
What are theQualifications for the Position:
EducationLicensesand/or Certifications Required:
Bachelors degree (e.g. B.A. B.S.W.)
Minimum Experiences and Skills Required:
At least 1 year of Quality Assurance Experience
Computer literacyinMicrosoft Office Suite.
Strong organization time management and attention to detail.
Good communicationand interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of supportive housing services operations
Pre and/or Post Employment Requirements:
As a Mandated Reporter you mustimmediatelyreport suspected incidents/cases abuse and neglect to the Vulnerable Persons Central Register (VPCR) Hotline at 1- and complete a CAMBA Incident Report
Obtain Criminal History Checks (CHC) fingerprinting through the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs (Justice System) and Staff Exclusion List (SEL) clearance.
Compensation: $50000 - $57000 annually
When salary ranges are listed the range would represent the low and high end for the applicable position & program. The salary offered would be based on various factors unique to each program and includes but is not limited to experience education budget and/or program size internal equity skills and other factors that may be required for the position and organization.
Status: Full-time (35 hours per week)
