Backhoe Operator

About theRole

No two days are the same. Youll be responsible for:

• Operating a backhoe and plant to deliver quality kerb and footpath works.
• Preparing and manage worksites keeping them safe clean and compliant.
• Completing excavation and civil works including trenching and levelling to spec.
• Supporting safe delivery on site including traffic control daily checks and teamwork.

About You

You bring a positive cando attitude and are reliable and teamfocused. You collaborate effectively with others support and mentor team members and demonstrate respect in all interactions. Safety is a top priority for you and you take accountability for your work while delivering a high standard of craftsmanship every day.

Youll bring:

• Current Class C drivers license and MR license.
• Work Zone traffic management ticket.
• Construction Industry White Card.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in civil construction or similar position is desirable.

This is a Grade 5 position which has a current salary of $90320 per annum (plus Super).
