Job Summary
The Kaiāwhina Te Rito e Tupu Ana is valued part of the Te Rito e Tupu Ana Well Child team supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare to whānau. This role works alongside nurses to support whānau and caregivers in maximising tamariki development potential and overall health and wellbeing.
The role also includes administrative duties such as ordering supplies stationary and educational resources arranging visits for the nurses making appropriate referrals to other services if required and support manager with report collation as needed. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
Based at ourWhitiangaclinic with the flexibility to work across sites including the Coromandel clinic this full-time (1.0FTE) role is a great opportunity for someone thinking about a career as a health professional. Previous experience in a clinical environment with tamariki is an advantage as is a great attitude and willingness to learn. Computer literacy including confidence using Microsoft Office applications is required.
