At VMCH our Allied Health team plays a vital role in supporting older people to live with dignity independence and wellbeing. Corpus Christi our welcoming aged care residence in Clayton is seeking a compassionate and skilled Allied Health Professional to join our multidisciplinary team.

Whether your background is in Physiotherapy Occupational Therapy Exercise Physiology Podiatry or another allied health discipline youll be part of a supportive environment where your expertise truly matters.

About the role

In this role you will:

• Deliver highquality personcentred allied health services to residents
• Conduct assessments develop care plans and implement evidencebased interventions
• Work collaboratively with nursing lifestyle and clinical teams to optimise resident outcomes
• Support mobility functional independence pain management and overall wellbeing
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Contribute to falls prevention reablement and restorative care programs
• Build strong respectful relationships with residents families and colleagues

About you

You will bring:

• A recognised qualification in your allied health discipline
• Current AHPRA or relevant professional registration
• Experience in aged care community health or rehabilitation (preferred but not essential)
• Strong assessment communication and clinical reasoning skills
• A warm empathetic approach and commitment to resident dignity
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and proof of work rights in Australia
