Job Summary
Overview
Manages clinical operations and staff while providing high quality patient care. Evaluates patients plans and
implements an effective patient focused physical therapy program utilizing standard and specialized treatment
techniques effectively communicates and documents information regarding patients. Establishes and initiates
discharge plans as necessary. Consistently evaluates outcome of care and provides continuous monitoring of patients needs making appropriate modifications in the treatment plan. Maintain a high level of professional
expertise and assume responsibility for professional growth and development.
This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of AHMC- Anaheim
Regional Medical Center. It is expected that the employee demonstrates behavior consistent with the core values

AHMC-Anaheim Regional Medical Centers strategic plan and goals and direction of the performance

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
One to Two years of inpatient and outpatient physical therapy experience in an acute hospital and /or rehabilitation department and/or outpatient clinic setting preferred; may consider a new grad.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Current California Physical Therapist License Required
BCLS certificate required
