Manages clinical operations and staff while providing high quality patient care. Evaluates patients plans and implements an effective patient focused physical therapy program utilizing standard and specialized treatment techniques effectively communicates and documents information regarding patients. Establishes and initiates discharge plans as necessary. Consistently evaluates outcome of care and provides continuous monitoring of patients needs making appropriate modifications in the treatment plan. Maintain a high level of professional expertise and assume responsibility for professional growth and development. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of AHMC- Anaheim Regional Medical Center.
