Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides support for Tax Managers and Directors in the property tax assessment review process including preparation of deliverables to support management during appeals and hearings with state and local taxing authorities
- Prepares reports and analysis supporting DMAs position for state and local taxing authorities; reviews and submits periodic client status reports to management; prepares Letters of Findings for clients
- Assists Tax Managers Directors and other business development professionals in scoping and developing customized solutions for new and prospective clients
- Follows industry market activity and economic trends
- Researches state and local tax issues
- Participates in business development initiatives and research
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Economics Engineering or a related field
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational research and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and deadlines
