Overview
We are seeking a Senior Aviation Project Manager to join our team in Laurel MD or Alexandria VA!
Your role
About you
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
1015 years of experience delivering aviation design projects.
Demonstrated experience leading design teams and managing large complex aviation programs (airside landside and terminal).
Experience delivering successful projects with public agencies such as Airports.
A strong sellerdoer mindset including:
Client relationship building.
Pursuit strategy and positioning.
Proposal and interview participation.
Market assessment and opportunity identification.
Ability to secure new work and grow existing accounts.
Ability to travel for client meetings project work and pursuits.
A passion for coaching developing and mentoring project teams.
A strong focus on quality and longterm client satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic matrixed environment.
Strong writing and communication skills particularly for proposals and clientfacing materials.

Expected compensation range is between $99000-$165000 annually depending on skills experience and geographical location.
