As a Security Officer Armed Driver Security Clearance Patrol in Fort Worth TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location where you will conduct visible patrols support access and incident response activities and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving and armed post for professionals who bring confidence professionalism and integrity to every interaction while helping to deter security-related incidents through teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures access control practices and when appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including armed response within post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings restricted areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity verify credentials and/or badges and document security-related concerns incidents and daily activities in required reports.
• Support compliance with post instructions by observing for potential risks communicating with site contacts and/or first responders and following protocols for weapons handling and use of force.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement military and/or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
