This position will be onsite from Tucson AZ. Relocation assistance is not provided.

What You Will Do

• Support Program Integrated Planning Lead (IPL) and Material Program Manager (MPM) on material procurement plans
• Review analyze and release purchase requisitions to Supply Chain in SAP per MRP or MPM PO placement plans as applicable
• Evaluate material availability identifying potential gaps and proactively working supplied material problems
• Facilitate cross functional activities with Quality Engineering Operations Supply Chain and coordinate some Logistics
• Participates and lead continuous improvement efforts by collaborating with other departments

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Two (2) years total combined experience in any of the following:Supply ChainProduction and/or and Planning ControlMRP Inventory ManagementCapacity PlanningProperty ManagementJIT Concepts Master Production Schedulingor Delivery Administration
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Operations Management
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Experience with Rapid Response
• Experience working with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated experience interfacing collaborating and communicating with all levels of an organization
• Current DOD Security Clearance
• Critical thinking and data analysis skills to ensure detailed status provided to the Program Operations and Supply Chain teams
• Ability to contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Has good time management skills and knows how to stay organized

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
