HERES WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Other Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology required or
Associate degree preferred.
3-years CT Tech required and MRI Experience preferred AND
Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
GMRT - General Medical Radiologic Technologist if ARRT Upon Hire Required AND
ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (R) Upon Hire Required AND
ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists CT M MR N or S if ARRT Upon Hire Required OR
CNMT - Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Upon Hire Required OR
ARDMS - American Registry for Diagnostic and Medical Sonographers in three modalities Upon Hire Required AND
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide direct operational and clinical leadership for CT and MRI services
Daily workflow oversight staff supervision quality and safety compliance.
Coordination of staff and patient schedules.
Supervises CT and MRI technologist team leads and support staff; provides coaching mentoring and performance feedback.
Conducts performance evaluations and supports corrective action and recognition processes in collaboration with management.
Participates in incident reviews safety investigations and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Assists with budget awareness overtime monitoring and productivity management.
Ensures accurate timekeeping staff scheduling and adherence to department policies.
