Job Summary
Coordinate on freight inbound and outbound Shipments. Preparation of Freight forwarding documentations. Follow up with forwarders on Flight bookings / Flight details / Permits / BL / AWB Ensuring all shipment are pick up on time by forwarders Sending Pre-alert to relevant parties Printing of invoices for courier implants Issuing of COO & LC (if required) Update GST track in GOMS for drop ship & normal shipments Scanning of documents (BL / AWB / Permits / Delivery Order) and saving it in the shared folder Provide on-site support and coordination for the clients logistics operations. Ensure database are updated timely and effectively for complete visibility on job status and reporting. Effectively update advanced shipping notice (ASN) to ensure customer is notified timely on when shipping occurs so customer can be prepared to accept delivery. Arrange for permit declaration. AED tracker update and VDP submission updates Coordinate with relevant parties both internal and external to ensure effective execution of air export activities. Collaborate with relevant departments partners and agents to ensure smooth operations and service excellence. Requirements
The role is based on site at the customers facility at Pandan Avenue. |
