37 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm at Wyre Day Service Fleetwood FY7 7PN

Were looking for a Community Support Worker to join our friendly team at Wyre Day Service in Fleetwood supporting adults with learning disabilities and other support needs to live happy fulfilling lives.

About the Role

No two days are the same! Youll be supporting people both at our day service centre and out in the community helping them to:
Take part in fun meaningful activities
Learn new skills and build independence
Access their local community groups and events
Form friendships and feel included
Achieve their personal goals (big or small!)
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday (no evenings weekends or bank holidays)

Who Were Looking For

You dont need to be an expert alreadywere looking for people with the right values and attitude. You might be perfect if youre:

• Creative adaptable and up for a laugh

Experience in care or support work is welcome but full training will be provided.
