Were looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support our Cornwall & Devon and South Coast regions working closely with Regional Directors and Park General Managers to provide forwardlooking insight challenge and strategic financial with the Head of Parks Finance and the wider Finance team youll act as a trusted commercial partner to Regional Directors and Park General Managers. Youll provide insightful financial analysis support decisionmaking and help drive the business strategy to ensure parks deliver against their EBITDA and performance is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder engagement a commercial mindset and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful you will be with Regional Directors and General Managers to review commercial performance and drive EBITDA deliveryAct as a critical friend providing objective challenge and escalation against commercial assumptions where neededSupport business planning through robust financial analysis and modellingIdentify measure and monitor key performance indicators advising on actions to improve future resultsProactively support strategic decisionmaking at all levels through insight data and commercial thinkingOwn and lead the regional forecasting process ensuring buyin from Parks GMs and Regional DirectorsProduce and present a monthly business performance pack translating financial results into clear and compelling commercial narratives tailored to the audienceDeliver accurate and timely financial information including variance analysis and recommendations for next stepsWork with nonfinance managers to drive effective budgeting and forecasting processesProvide handson financial and business support to Regional Directors and parks including training Head of Departments on understanding financial performanceSupport the development of early warning indicators beyond standard variance analysisLead or contribute to cost efficiency and performance improvement programmes where requiredAttend parks regularly to provide inperson support onboarding and financial trainingAbout qualified accountant (ACCA CIMA or equivalent) with several years postqualification experienceIdeally experienced within leisure hospitality or multisite operationsStrong background in finance business partnering at senior management and director levelExceptional financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearlyAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; TM1 experience desirable but not essentialMust be Devon/Dorset based and able to travel regularly across the regionSo why Parkdean ResortsWell besides the one-of-a-kind team culture stunning locations across the UK and the chance to work with the UKs largest holiday park organisation we can offer:The chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 65 parks weve got your back when it comes to training!Youre never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme!
