As a Project Coordinator with IT experience you will be responsible for managing and overseeing numerous projects including and especially IT projects related to server firewall and printer maintenance and troubleshooting.

Duties & Responsibilities

These include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating project schedules resources and information to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Facilitating communication among project team members stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation including status reports and meeting notes to track progress and identify issues.
• Identifying potential risk and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project quality and timelines are met.
• Working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and facilitate communication.

Qualifications

• Project management experience especially with construction supervision.
• Working knowledge of IT functions especially server firewall and printer maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Good organization time management and prioritization.
• Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication skills including speaking writing and active listening.
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A bachelors degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
