Sr. Software Engineer

A confidential organization is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a mature highperforming engineering team. Primary Responsibilities

Engineering & Delivery

• Build enhance and maintain secure efficient and scalable software solutions
• Write clean maintainable and productionready code aligned with established engineering standards
• Participate in collaborative code reviews and contribute to shared technical ownership
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements across systems
• Develop and execute unit tests and support broader testing efforts including integration and regression testing
• Contribute to reliable release processes including automated builds and deployments
• Assist with diagnosing and resolving production issues including rootcause analysis

System Design & Technical Contribution

• Collaborate with peers to design and implement software components and services
• Apply widely accepted design patterns and engineering best practices
• Contribute to technical discussions related to security resilience performance and scalability

Mentorship & Collaboration

• Support and guide lessexperienced engineers as needed
• Promote consistent development practices and knowledge sharing within the team

Continuous Improvement

• Explore and introduce new tools techniques and ideas that improve product quality and team efficiency

Education & Credentials

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
• Relevant technical certifications are beneficial but not required

• Approximately 69 years of relevant handson software engineering experience

Qualifications :

Financial Service experince required as well as work autorzation to work in the US.  Contract to hire opportunity.
