Job Summary
- Drafting of documentation and other corporate correspondence
- Keeping legal files registration documents
- Review of legal documentation
- Work under the supervision of the legal counsel to handle (reviewing and drafting) all contractual documentation in compliance with Russian legislation and internal Corporate rules
- Communicates relevant legal information (specific contract clause and general legal update) to colleagues
- Participates in contracts negotiations with counterparties
- Ensure proper use of standard contracting terms and specific approvals
- Overlooking changes in Russian legislation
- Provides a general legal advices
Qualifications :
- Excellent knowledge of the Russian legislation
- Knowledge of contractual law desire and ability to work with other legal concepts
- Basic knowledge of finance and taxation
- Planning and organizational skills
- University Graduate
- Knowledge of English
