Housekeeping Manager (fmd) The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee housekeeping and laundry operations ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness safety and presentation throughout the hotel
• Ensure compliance with brand standards as well as health safety and hygiene regulations across all guest and backofhouse areas
• Plan staffing levels support departmental budgeting and monitor costs to ensure efficient and responsible use of resources
• Lead motivate and develop the housekeeping team fostering engagement performance and continuous improvement
• Work closely with Front Office and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and manage feedback or service issues proactively
• Oversee inventory linen uniforms amenities equipment and supplier coordination to maintain quality and operational efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement of housekeeping standards processes and ways of working with a strong focus on detail consistency and guest perception

Qualifications :

How Can You Succeed in This Role

• Proven experience as Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in the luxury hospitality segment
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards attention to detail and guestcentric quality expectations
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing multicultural housekeeping teams
• Solid knowledge of health hygiene and safety regulations including best practices in luxury hotel operations
• Strong organizational and planning skills with cost awareness and budget understanding
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work closely with Front Office and operational departments
