The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $19.00-$23.00 per hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do in this Role:
Product & Program Support
- Assist product and program managers with tracking development activities and deliverables.
- Support coordination across engineering operations and product teams.
- Contribute to documentation and updates related to product initiatives.
Schedule & Milestone Tracking
- Help track project schedules development achievements and key deliverables.
- Monitor progress and assist in identifying potential schedule risks.
- Support reporting on program status and progress.
Program Performance & Analysis
- Assist with earned value and schedule tracking to understand program performance.
- Compile and analyze program data to support internal reporting and reviews.
Market Research
- Conduct market and competitive research related to warehouse automation technologies.
- Summarize insights that support product strategy and development priorities.
Order Intake Analysis
- Support analysis of order intake data to identify trends and demand patterns.
- Assist with preparation of reports that help inform product planning and business decisions.
What We are Looking For:
Technical Skills
- Curiosity about warehouse automation robotics or industrial systems.
- Ability to learn the fundamentals of automation systems and major machine components.
- Basic analytical skills and ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools.
NonTechnical Skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced evolving project environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technical concepts.
Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Business Operations or a related field.
