Property Management Assistant (PM Admin)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Property Management Assistant to support day-to-day property management operations. The role focuses on general administrative duties property inspections and assisting with routine property management tasks.
This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within property management and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general property management administrative tasks
- Support with property inspections and routine checks
- Handle property openings and day-to-day operational tasks
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and routine property-related activities
- Provide overall support to the Property Manager in managing the portfolio
- Ensure smooth execution of property management processes and documentation
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in property management administration or similar support roles preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow routines and procedures
- Good communication skills for coordinating with tenants contractors and internal teams
- Proactive and reliable attitude
