Analista de Planeación de Producción

Overview:

Wonderful Citrus is seeking detail-oriented and analytical Production Planning Analyst to support our import operations during the upcoming season. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient production planning by balancing inventory customer demand and operational capacity.

Heres what youll do:

• Analyze inventory levels incoming supply (imports) and customer orders to support production planning
• Build and adjust daily and weekly production plans based on demand and operational capacity
• Monitor production performance and make real-time adjustments as conditions change
• Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure plans are aligned with plant capabilities and constraints
• Use internal planning tools (Excel-based) to translate data into actionable production plans
• Identify gaps risks or inefficiencies and propose solutions to maintain service levels
• Support continuous updates to planning assumptions based on actual production results

Qualifications :

Heres what youll bring to the table:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Logistics Business or related field
• Experience in planning supply chain operations or a similar analytical role
• Advanced English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Basic math skills and ability to understand operational calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment with a high sense of urgency
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
