Supply Planner (9 Month contract)

We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our upstream Supply Chain team on a 9month Fixed Term Contract.

This role combines supply planning and material control responsibilities reflecting the structure of a small and agile team. You will ensure that materials and components are ordered tracked and delivered on time working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities and ensure purchase orders are placed on time
• Monitor inbound materials and supplier deliveries
• Track international shipments including sea freight
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supply chain data in planning systems
• Identify and follow up on delivery issues or shortages
• Prepare reports related to orders inventory and supplier performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as Purchasing Planning Logistics and Production

Qualifications :

• Degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or similar (or relevant experience)
• Experience in supply planning purchasing or material control
• Comfortable working with data reporting and ERP systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English and intermediate Dutch
