Junior Consultant (student) to PA Consulting!

Are you passionate about creating results and would you like to kickstart your career as a management consultant If so you may be PAs new junior consultant. We are looking for ambitious and razor-sharp junior consultants to join our large student team. The position allows you to work with exciting projects across diverse business areas at different clients. You will work closely with our experienced consultants on projects within advanced analytics change management IT and digital transformation and agile. We offer you a versatile and challenging student job that will prepare you for a career as a management consultant with practical and relevant work experience. You will have a unique opportunity to develop both your professional and personal competencies. 

As a junior consultant you will be involved in many different types of tasks such as: 

• Delivering client projects together with a team of experienced consultants 

• Knowledge gathering and analysis work for both internal and external projects 

• Proposal work and developing project plans presentations and resource planning 

• Business development assisting in handling client tasks and making sure that ongoing projects are on track 

The position provides you with a steep learning curve where you will be challenged from your first working day. You will get to work both independently and in teams within a flexible working environment with a deep understanding of your studies. As a student you will be part of a professional workplace while also having the opportunity to join weekly social activities.

Qualifications :

• You are in the last year of your bachelors degree or the first year of your masters degree 

• You are studying in the intersection between technology and business engineering business administration economics or social sciences 

• You are methodically and analytically strong and have the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with and solve complex problems 

• You are among the most talented in your year 

• You are ambitious enthusiastic and focused on delivering the best results. 

You have good interpersonal and communication skills and you are fluent in English both in writing and speech.
