Position Title: Daytime Team Member

Miles Table is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our daytime team offering both part-time and full-time positions. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Take orders and deliver food to tables promptly and accurately.
• Act as a barista preparing and serving beverages to our guests with care and precision.
• Maintain a clean safe and enjoyable work environment for both team members and guests.
• Manage takeout orders efficiently ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Adhere to daily checklists for cleaning stocking and organizing to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Qualities Were Looking For:

• Responsible and punctual individuals who can be relied upon to fulfill their duties effectively and on time.
• Friendly and outgoing team players who enjoy working collaboratively with others to create a positive atmosphere.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle any challenges that may arise during the shift.
• Open-minded individuals who are receptive to feedback and willing to adapt to changing circumstances.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or as a barista is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact effectively with team members and guests.
• Ability to follow checklists and procedures accurately to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently.
• Experience with reconciling cash drawers is a plus.
