In this role you will:
- Calculate commission on sales orders.
- Create internal documents for various internal administrative departments to leverage in processing orders.
- Maintain knowledge of products.
- Enter sales orders.
- Review/verify data entry on statements.
- Troubleshoot answer questions assist sales representatives on pricing requests and provide conflict resolution to various commissions issues.
- Sort and process sales leads.
- Maintain folders scan and file needed documentation.
You should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to sort check and verify numerical accuracy.
